Mufflova publishes free, plain-language educational auto insurance information. It is run by The Nelson M Group LLC.
How do I opt out of texts?
Reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].
Do you file claims?
No.
Will you give me a quote or tell me what I should pay?
No. Prices depend on your state, your vehicle, your drivers and each company’s own formula. We explain the pieces so you can ask better questions of insurers yourself.
Is Mufflova selling something?
Not at all. We write general guides about auto insurance. We do not sell it, we are not licensed to, and none of it is insurance, legal or financial advice.
How do I unsubscribe or have my data deleted?
Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to [email protected].
Will I be signed up for texts automatically?
Yes, skip them. Texts are strictly opt-in (one unchecked box), and the form works without ticking it.
Will an agent contact me after I sign up?
No. We do not pass your details to agents, so the only messages you get are the ones you asked us for.
Can you insure my car?
No. We do not sell insurance. A licensed agent can discuss options.
Can you help with a claim that was denied?
Not here. Your insurer and your state insurance department handle that, and in an emergency call 911.
What does signing up give me?
You get educational information on the topic you pick, sent by email if you leave an address. Opt in to texts and short messages point you to the same guides.
Is my information sold?
No. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with insurers, agents, quote sites or any other partners. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
Do I have to share my phone number?
No. The contact fields are optional. Name, topic and the privacy checkbox are what the form needs.
How often will you text me?
Expect up to roughly 8 texts a month; message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
